WHAT PEOPLE SAY

"Katrina was a phenomenal caregiver for our baby. Every day our baby was so excited to see her and this excitement started week 1. It was also very clear that our daughter was developing well both socially and physically with the help of Katrina as she picked up baby sign language faster with her, started feeding herself faster with her and communicating in other ways with her. I truly appreciated Katrina’s experience with child development, but even more so respected that when she made a suggestion, she was respectful and careful to point out that although she had some thoughts about how to do things differently, at the end of the day it was our decision as the parents."

"Katrina is one of the most professional, creative, intelligent, and warm educators I have met in my 12 years of working with families and young children. She is intensely motivated, and truly passionate about helping children and families reach their potential. Katrina has a mind for sustainable and healthy living, and while she is also just downright fun to collaborate with and be around, she also has a talent for open communication and addressing the hard topics when needed. Knowing her, and working with her has helped me grow professionally as an educator as well as personally."

"Katrina provided nighttime care for our twins from when they were one month to three months old. She is dependable, caring, responsible, and diligent in her work. With twins, things can get hectic, but Katrina was always calm and careful with the babies. I slept well knowing they were under her care. Since our twins were born a bit early, we were particularly concerned with cleanliness, and Katrina was always careful to consider the health and hygiene of our babies. Katrina was one of three caregivers who rotated caring for our babies, and she would be sure to stay in contact with me and the other caregivers to stay up to date on how the twins were doing from night to night. She was also accommodating in that she stepped up to cover nights when other caregivers had to cancel due to illness."
